Shipping, Warranty & Return

Shipping

• Brandon will dispatch your order from the warehouse within two working days. If you place an order before 11:00 CET our goal is to dispatch same business day (Monday to Friday).
• The delivery time is generally 1-5 days after dispatch date, depending on delivery location and chosen transport service.
• Shipping cost is automatically added to the order when completing the order process.
• Pricing does not include any additional import duties or taxes (applicable in countries outside the E.U.).

Warranty
For defective or damaged items, please follow the claim procedure to report the issue to Brandon and arrange a return.

- Damage during transport:
Take a picture of the damaged item upon receipt, note the problem on the shipping document and file your claim to Brandon customer service.

- Faulty delivery:
You have not ordered the delivered item or the wrong item was delivered. Contact Brandon customer service by submitting a claim form.

- Warranty/Complaints:
For any defective items, the customer must file a claim and address it to the customer service.


Satisfaction or money back
IIC-INTERSPORT Intl Corp. and Brandon aim to provide customers with a complete satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the purchased products, they can be returned under following conditions:

• Goods can be returned or exchanged within 28 days from the delivery date
• Goods must be returned unused and undamaged
• Shipping cost to BRANDON warehouse are to be paid by customer

To return an item, please submit a return request form to Brandon customer servicce.


Return
After submitting the claim or return form, Brandon customer service will get back to you within 24 hours. 

Parcels freight labels/address labels must include the following information:
When approving the return, Brandon will issue a Return Authorization Number by e-mail. Please ensure to include the RAN in your package.
Note that the customer is responsible and accountable for the return shipping.

• Mark your return label with: "RETURN IIC" and include the RAN.
• Save a copy of the freight label to provide proof of return upon request.

Credit note will be issued within 14 business days following the reception of goods.

Brandon customer service center is open from 08:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00 CET, (Monday - Friday).

Returns that haven’t been processed according to the above routines will NOT be handled and will be returned to the shop with additional freight cost. Freight cost/freight payer is dependent on the issue and will be decided when your return is approved.
